Puzzles sizes listed above are for the North American paper standard.  We also manufacture cutting dies for the A3, A2 & A4 paper sizes - at no additional cost.

The jigsaw puzzle machine is principally a pair of pressure rollers. We use 4" solid steel for these rollers, and our equipment, allows for the different pressure requirements of the various sized cutting dies ( larger dies with a greater number of pieces, require much more pressure than the smaller post card sized cutting dies ). The PG1 and associated equipment automatically take this into account , doing away with the necessity for the operator to make adjustments to the roller spacing. Our proprietary cutting procedure, also ensures a maximum life expectancy for all the cutting dies.

We construct all our jigsaw puzzle cutting dies in the traditional manner. The cutting blades are set in a plywood base (image opposite shows this, with the ejection rubber removed).

Ejection rubber is then applied to the surface of the cutting die, to prevent the cut jigsaw puzzle pieces from becoming stuck in the sections.

Generally all our cutting dies of less than 100 pieces, are manufactured with similarly shaped pieces (shown opposite). All dies of 100 pieces and above, have varying shaped pieces within. This can be altered at the time of construction, for no extra charge.
